A Dilapidation Report identifies any pre-existing damage to properties surrounding a new construction site or development. A Dilapidation Report captures all major and minor structural damage to all elements within the lot boundary. Our reports are highly detailed with photo's that are watermarked with business, date and time stamps. Our aim is to identify and document all visual issues, should our clients ever face any legal disputes.
Pre-Purchase Building Inspections

A Pre-purchase inspection is an important step when you're looking to buy or sell a property. Our detailed report will identify any building defects, whether they are considered major or minor, our aim is to identify any costly repairs. With additional experience in Tier 2 Construction and Post-construction management, there aren't any issues that go unnoticed by him. Steve brings 30 years of knowledge to share with our clients.
